The fact it's dishwasher and microwave safe means I'll get a ton of use out of it. An interesting thing I noticed was how the bowl isn't perfectly smooth along the outside rim. If held just right you can tell visually, but trust me you can feel it. I gave it full stars for that since it's got that hand-made feel. I received an incentive to write this review.

I love this bowl as it is a beautiful color and the perfect size, the chunky stoneware is perfect if you have a country farmhouse decor. The bowl is shallow so it is great for soups but I like to use it when serving smaller portions or salads as the sides are just tall enough to keep the food on the plate/in the bowl. I love the style of this plate, and the color is very in style and natural looking. The plate itself is just slightly irregular shaped, giving off the illusion that it was handmade and high end. It’s got a nice color to it. It seems like a giant plate with slight sides. This is really good because you can buy a lot so you can use it when hosting a large dinner. The quality of the pasta plates is really good and they are heavy, fancy plates. The color is a nice sand color that is neutral to follow any theme for a fun casual dinner or a dressed up fancy dinner. Great for serving pasta, soup, or a liquidy dish.
