unable to assemble
The pre-assembled pieces were put together so poorly that i couldn't even disassemble them to fix an issue with the hex holes not lining up inside the legs. I even purchased a new tool that would fit into the screws they used, but they were screwed in so crooked they won't come out! Waste of my money, time, and energy. Two customer service numbers are provided in the manual- both directed me to email them instead even though i called during the listed hours, saying they'd respond in two days. Useless.
