A: During normal use, they open about 3/4 of the way. There is a stopper mechanism to prevent them from being completely pulled out by mistake. However, the drawers can be lifted and completely removed if necessary

It's definitely higher in quality and better pricing that Amazon by far. However, when I first attempted to assemble the dresser, I had received two of the same side pieces. I reached out to the manufacturer and they assured me they would send the missing piece within 3 to 5 business days and that I would get a tracking number with UPS. Two weeks later I didn't receive any information, so I sent another email just asking if there was any news or update on the missing piece and if/when I would receive it. No response. 3 days later I sent another email stating I had yet to receive anything in the mail or a tracking number. I STILL have yet to get a response. Target thankfully allowed me to return it and sent a replacement all within the same week. This replacement didn't come wit h enough connecting nuts and the sides of the dresser already have chips/scratches in them. The dresser is gorgeous and looks like the photos, however all of these missing/incorrect pieces have really soured my experience and will definitely be avoiding the manufacturing company from here on out. None of the pieces had the lettering on them either so it was a guessing game as to which pieces were A,B,C,D,E, etc.

This product was a gift for my college daughter moving into her 1st apartment. I am disappointed, in this product because it’s very heavy. This was very time consuming to put it together. This dresser is terrible. It is very fragile. It came with broken prices, so the manufacturer sent replacements. As I put it together, it did not seem bad. However, the first time I moved it, the particle board split from the bolts. It has begun to disintegrate. The bottom drawer won’t even stay in because the frame is falling apart. The company wants to send parts rather than replace it. The dresser would have to be taken apart piece by piece to replace the broken parts. When that happens, even more pieces will break. Stay away from this product. It’s not worth the money or stress. Spend more and get better quality.

Cheap piece of garbage
None of the drawers line up correctly and there is nothing to do to adjust it, so the gaps between drawers are uneven and look terrible. The drawer pulls are also very flimsy and don't hold the drawers in place. Just through light use (socks, etc) the drawers fall out constantly and cause injuries.

If you don’t look too closely it looks great. Unfortunately it has a lot of flaws. Really disappointed because I bought the tall thin dresser 3 years ago and it was nearly perfect (I included a picture). Assembly is time consuming but that’s to be expected. All parts and pieces were included. If it wasn’t such a huge item I’d probably return it.
