Q: Can you put a pie in those boxes

A: No, they’re way too small for even the smallest of pies. I also wouldn’t trust the paper to hold the weight of a pie—it’s on the heavier end yes, but I don’t think it’s THAT heavy!

Q: What is Chinese about these boxes? Dying to know why it was so important to put it in the title... Do they make them extra special..... Are they made with Chinese tree's? I'd honestly like to know.

A: I'm going to assume you are NOT just a troll trying to be problematic. The "china" in the title refers to, basically, dishes. Fine china and porcelain items used to be given a few decades ago.

submitted byKatelyn - 4 years agoTarget staff supportA: Yes, it has plenty of room for most baseball hats I could find (I’m not sure if any of them technically qualify as a “snapback” though). I had to fold the crown inwards for every one of them to make them fit though, so if the headpiece/crown of the hat isn’t flexible it may not work out.

The boxes are nice and sturdy, with a nice coated matte finish on the outside and uncoated Kraft on the inside. Sadly, the halves are all exactly the same size, so when you try to construct a box the “inside” half has to buckle in order for the outside half to slide on top. This makes it tricky to pull the boxes apart, especially with little hands. What I did was I wrapped the top half of each box using the wrapping paper, and then tied it all up with some wire ribbon I had on hand. I think it turned out rather nicely, even if the boxes ended up being difficult to pry apart! Other than that? Nice and sturdy, very easy to assemble. Very good value for the price!

These were a little smaller than I expected (I did drive up) but I was still able to use them for a variety of Christmas present, shirts, and basketball shorts or a small stuffed animal!

I love these boxes, but they are flimsy. I would not recommend using them for anything delicate or breakable, as they don't hold shape well. But it works wonderfully for my crochet gifts or small tokens!

I'm not sure why these boxes are called China Gift Boxes? I got them to put some small items in. I hate to put everything into Gift Bags. These Boxes hold items, such as Bath & Body products. I was able to squeeze a Nike Cap into one without too much trouble. Their Okay Boxes and will serve their purpose for what I need them for. I don't think the quality is any different than any other boxes though. They just happen to be a size that I couldn't find any place else.

These boxes fit so much and are perfect for gifts! In one box, I fit a box of lashes, skincare masks, a small sized candle, headband and lip gloss. In another box I fit a bag of popcorn (from World Market), soap gag gift, chapstick, lotion, hand balm and wet naps, all without any fuss. Trust me, it fits quite a bit!

I insist on wrapping EVERY SINGLE gift I give (no gift bags for me), therefore I always pick up a variety of boxes whenever I can find them. These are a great, unique size that will fit those random things that don’t come in boxes (socks, hairbrushes, body wash, cups, etc.)
