I was so excited about this find, but these are terrible. They don’t look at all like the photo. Only one of the coasters barely has one of the brown “knobs” or “burls” on the edge of the coaster, the rest are solid tan. They are thin, chintzy and look more like circles of particle board than burlwood or even faux burlwood. I understand you get what you pay for but this was such a miss.

Cheap and not functional
These are the thinnest layer of wood glued to MDF. They are also not water resistant as they aren’t sealed, they will develop water marks and mildew instantly. I went right in and returned them

Tiny, thin, disappointing
These are a joke. They look like pieces of cardboard. Very thin and not attractive. I may have to keep them because I bought them as part of a promo and probably would only get a few dollars back. They are thin and there is a reason they just show the top, they are less than 1/4 inch thick.

Not good
Beautiful idea, poorly executed. The edges look wonky and rough. The top appears unfinished or sealed. It makes me think they are going to develop ugly water rings the first time they are used. Had I seen these in the store I would not have purchased them. Sadly, these will be returned.
