4th & Heart Himalayan Pink Salt Grass-Fed Ghee - 9oz

The product leaked and it melted out, the box came wet and I wasn't happy about that and now a really good amount of the product is gone.

I do a lot of cooking and I use stainless steel pans which one must preheat and then add a fat to prior to cooking. I have been using this particular brand of ghee for 3 years now. Prior to finding this particular brand I used many others and they all had terrible smells to them or were grainy. This one is reliably smooth and consistent and smells great. I leave the jar aside my stove ready to go at all times and ALWAYS keep a backup jar right next to it (I use a LOT!). It allows me to create the most sumptuous mouth watering steaks and blackened fish dishes imaginable. The jar looks very pleasant on my countertop as well. After using the jar I remove the labels using a heat gun and I find them fantastic reusable jars that are beautiful to look at and easy to attach a label too for preserves or what have you that I create. The product is always, ALWAYS, dependable. I will never buy any other brand of ghee again. I have been using this for a little over 3 years now and will never even consider buying another brand. ABSOLUTE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😋

This 4th & Heart Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee and the Original Recipe Ghee are easy to open the cap, they are very soft when I spoon some out and put some into a bowl or pot. Once in a bowl or pot, it is easy to mix the ingredients of the cookies I baked together because of how soft the ghee is. The cookies came out really soft and tasty. I prefer to use ghee instead of butter because it is healthier to bake and cook with, it is better for my cholestereol and health.

This wasnt to bad not like i thought it would be it actually suprised me!!! The texture was a little different and i isially struggle with some textures of thing thought this might be one of them but it was actual good!!!!

So excited to have found 4th and Heart Original and Pink Salt Ghee at Target! A Lactose-free, purer form of butter. Clarified to remove water and milk solids makes it Keto, Paleo and Whole30 friendly!

It works so good at making so many different foods and makes them taste so delicious! It is so much healthier than other oils or sprays and not as fatty also. It is well worth the cost and the container lasts a long time!

Fantastic butter substitute! I had never tried ghee prior to trying out this product, but trying to cut out lactose and eat a little healthier, I decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! Wonderful butter taste, with a hint of salt from the Himalayan Pink Salt, but it a jar and scoopable! The jars are heavy! Beautifully packaged and included some recipe cards. Can be substituted for regular butter. I went ahead and made one of the recipes on the card, Better Butter, Better Steak. It was fantastic! Really brought of the flavor of the filet and gave it extra juiciness. Overall, loving the ghee and will continue using it just like I would regular butter.

This was my first time trying ghee. My husband loves it. So far we have used it for steaks, cooking eggs and making the BEST garlic bread. It is so light and doesn’t have an overpowering taste. It just doesn’t make the meal feel too heavy while still having a great taste.

It is a lactose free butter that is Whole30, Paleo, and Keto friendly. It tastes amazing, which was one of my concerns. I even used it to bake cookies and they turned out so delicious! Received a jar of this and the regular flavor. They are both pretty tasty. This one is obviously a little more salty flavored. So far we've tried it on corn and toast but it would work with pretty much any butter situation.

This is my first time trying ghee. I used it instead of butter. This wasn’t my favorite thing to try. The ghee gave my food an off flavor. I will have to keep tweaking this product to find something that is amplified by this product. Overall it’s ok but not my favorite.

This is my first time using gee and I like it! It has a great shelf life storing at room temperature for three months. It’s super easy to use as a substitute of oil or butter, in recipes, adding a nice flavor cooked dishes. It melts just like butter! However, I find it a bit too oily to use it as a direct substitute of butter on toast. The salt balance is perfect - not too much, but enough to enhance the flavor.

I received this ghee as a member of the #heybullseye program for target in exchange for my honest review. I've never cooked with ghee, but now I'm excited to! First up was grilled cheese. Afraid id mess up, so figured i couldn't mess up a sandwich! My kids love grilled cheese! She helped and loved it! My husband said it did have a butter taste, but a tad off, not bad, tho! He said he'd use it if it was here! I tasted it ava it really has a fresh cleaner butter taste! Id highly recommend giving it a try!

This 4th & Heart Himalayan Original Ghee is outstanding! I had no idea Ghee was so good, buttery smell and flavor without the burning when I used it to saute. It tastes like butter, but it's so much better for cooking. Highly recommended, and really good on popcorn too.

This is my first time trying ghee after hearing much about it. I don't have a special dietary concern but the product was intriguing so decided to try it. It's kind of like butter but smoother and more fat-like. The taste is distinct and different from butter, I like it, but it's different. Cooking with ghee is easy and it melts quickly and does not seem to burn easily. Currently in storing it in a cool dark cabinet and trying to use it within a few months as directed.

This stuff is a treat! It takes butter to the next level. It’s so good I won’t share with my kids - they wouldn’t appreciate it. My favorite way to eat it is slathered on warm bread. I’ve cooked eggs in it, sautéed meat, melted it over popcorn. I like that it has a high smoking point. 10/10 recommend.

This is the first time trying ghee, I’ve been wanting to try it, since it’s a cleaner butter. This one with Himalayan Pink Salt also allows you to cook in higher heat. I tried it with scrambled eggs and it cooked well. No sticking or change of taste. Win win for me.

I have tried the original, and both the Himalayan flavor both are distinct in flavor. It’s very different from butter, putting it directly on toast does not taste good to me at all. I actually like cooking with it more. I’ve added it to pasta the recipe cards create great inspiration for what I can do in the future in terms of baking, but so far, I love to sauté vegetables especially beef with Ghee. Very flavorful it’s hard to explain the taste but it’s not an unpleasant taste it’s just different. I also like using it when I make pasta I find that I use less seasoning when using this product since a little goes a long way.

Never in my life had I heard of Ghee before! After reading the informative labels and giving it a try, it’s actually pretty awesome and taste great! I used it in a sweet potato hash that I make with eggs and the flavor was good and it was just like butter!
