Awful shipping, was shipped in a poly bag with no protection. The Frankie was torn and creased in several places. Please don’t send these items in bags. Please ship in a box with added protection.

Absolutely awful packaging. My *paper* item was shipped in a flimsy plastic envelope. No cardboard on either side of it, no bubble wrap, no packing paper, nothing. Just the piece of paper in a plastic envelope. This is a die cut. They are fragile. My item arrived, bent and creased in multiple places, there was a huge curve, going up through the center of it that would not lay flat, and it was ruined. Unacceptable. Do better target!
