A: Hi Dennie, thank you for reaching out. This product is machine washable. Please machine wash cold separately with gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, remove promptly. Do not iron. If there is no free movement in the washer or dryer, use large capacity commercial washer/dryer. You are able to find the care instruction on the wash label as well. A: Dear customer, thank you for the question. The controller provides 3 secure heat settings to easily find your preferred comfort level and a 2 hour auto shut off timer ensures your safety. Unfortunately even on highest setting it doesn’t seem to get extremely hot. Wising it would get a bit warmer. It’s so soft & it’s washable. Just pay attention to the directions.

It’s a really good idea to have a mates pad that gives you hit in a cold days or just for pleasure. One thing that bothers me was the texture I don’t know how to explain, maybe this is individual to everyone, but that’s how I have felt. Anyways, it’s not bad to have. I have used it once, and gonna use it in few days when it’s going to be cold again. It has 10 different heat settings. It has an automatic shut off. And it has 5 years of warranty - which is very good! I like Serra brand! I have their pillow which I’m in loved with! Thank you for let me trying your product!

Throw worked great for a few months. Now all lights flash and the unit will not work at all. No damage has been done to the cord and we’ve tried all of the tips online. By looking on google, this is a common issue. Super sad that a $75 heated throw is now just another blanket.

Everything about this is perfect… except it quit working after the 4th wash. Followed the washing instructions to a T … and on this last wash something happened with the wiring and now the controller blinks green lights and I can’t do anything but throw it out. I have the leopard & it’s gorgeous. Warm. When it worked it was great & stayed on all night. I’m angry I spent more money on this than I normally would & it’s ruined & no longer works. I can’t even return it now & I haven’t had it a year yet.

I got this one through, since my spouse likes the room freezing and I’m anemic and always cold and WOW! I cannot say enough good things about it. I usually only use it on the lowest setting, which is warm. The medium setting would be good for temps in 55-60°F. The hottetet setting gets HOT! I’d be careful with children using it unless with adult supervision. Nonetheless it is AMAZING! It is so soft and comfortable as well. The wires are generously placed and make the whole blanket warm. I absolutely recommended it.

It makes it the perfect size to cover me from my legs to my arms. Usually regular size throws my arms are left exposed and I'm still chilly. This throw is super soft and looks great. I like to keep it out on my couch to use while watching TV. It's such great quality and bisually looks really nice it becomes part of your decor. One of the best features for me, is the safety control so if you forget to turn it off it will turn off after 2 hours. There are levels of heat for those who don't like it too hot there's an option for you. For those that get cold really easily, there's an option for you. My dog really enjoys it once I turn it off, and it's cooling down my dog likes to burrow inside and get comfy.

It’s too small for a bed but would work for a couch. The leopard print is subtly classy so if you’re not a huge fan of animal print I think this would change your mind. Since it’s a throw don’t expect to snuggle with anyone under it as it’s strictly a one person occupancy.

This one is so light you wouldn’t even know it’s an electric blanket other than the cord. I keep it in our living room in my favorite chair because my family likes to keep the thermostat set in Arctic temps. It goes very nice with my living room decor and doesent look like a gray blanket. I keep it on the first heat setting even though there are three the first one does the job for me. Definitely recommend!
