For $11, I was pretty impressed. This made making a balloon garland, as a first timer, pretty easy. It did take a while to blow up the balloons, but that was to be expected. We also did not use the tool for blowing up the regular balloons, so I cannot review that. Everything was in the package, but I did check it before buying because of what some reviews said. My only complaint was that the balloons with the confetti inside were not clear, like in the picture on the box. But, you get what you pay for. Overall, a good purchase. *Picture provided was after a lot of wind. We lost quite a few of the streamers in the wind. But the balloons held up well.

So easy to put together

Unfortunately the pack I got did not contain the foil balloons as stated on the package. Thankfully the rest of the items were present but not having the foil balloons really put a damper on my party decor.

Loved the ease of putting all of the balloons together in a beautiful design. This kit made decorating for a birthday party fun, simple and stylish!

If your looking for something last minute. Target is your one and only stop! This comes with everything you need to make the perfect garland for any occasion. The colors are vibrant, balloons are great quality and it looks super sophisticated. Took me no more than an hour to do the entire thing. This is my second time buying this set and balloons last for days and days. Just look at my picture 😍

These would have been cute if they actually came with the balloons. I was missing 12 balloons :(

This sticks on the wall well but it will tear off your paint. Use caution.

used this for a last minute celebration. this is a great kit and worth the price! the mylar balloons stay inflated forever it seems. loved it!

It was a TASK to assemble this balloon arch. I almost lost feeling in my fingers from tying the balloons and almost passed out from blowing them up… but they looked so cute when put together. Like a professional did it, which I am very much not. Also lasted a long time.

Great price, instructions aren’t clear but I watched a few ballon arch tutorials and was able to put it together fairly easily!

Took so long to set up and you can’t even put the ballon arch up bc it is too heavy and the instructions are extremely unclear
