I purchased this piece, and while it’s easy to assemble, it’s very much like an IKEA-style build—you don’t even need a screwdriver. The problem is that the panel split along the grain where the dowel and screw go in. This has already happened twice, and what’s frustrating is that even without tightening much (and I couldn’t apply that much force anyway), it still split.
