Item was packed very well. All pieces were included as well as extra parts. Instructions were pictures only but easy to follow. I put this together by myself and it took about 3 hrs but would probably take most people less time. The flame on the fireplace is very pretty and it puts out a good amount of heat. The remote is an added bonus. The fireplace also has a thermostat that goes up to 82 degrees. I've recieved several compliments from guests. Very pleased with my purchase!

This is beautiful. The design is beautiful, very modern farmhouse. The fireplace makes the room feel so cozy and it heat it puts out is nice. Was not bad at all to put together. Looks like lots of pieces but my husband and I did it in about 45 mins. Was also packed so well. Nothing damaged. Protectors on corners.
