Exactly what I was looking for. Two chains to pull: one for fan speed and one for light. Light is very bright and now I can read from my loveseat without having to buy a lamp.

We remodeled a year ago and we bought two of these fans. They are very quiet and adjustable speed. The light is not very bright so I would not use it for task lighting but it is sufficient to light our kitchen in general.

I would avoid this fan. I am now on my second one. The part that spins has been warped on both. Will likely end up returning this one as well. Very unlike Minkaire.

I was surprised to find this fan at such a great price. I found exactly what I wanted, oil rubbed bronze fan with a simple design. The LED light fixture is ample light to fill the whole bedroom. I didn't mind that it didn't come with a remote since it's in a bedroom. The fan is quiet even on the highest speed.
