Nice chair, sales people nice, awful delivery.
Nice looking, color great, firm cushion, nice and wide for comfort. Didn't like the delivery they used, had multiple problems took and extra 2-3 weeks to get from what was quoted. No one knew what was going on.

I purchased two of these chairs and they are pretty but extremely firm. We’ve had them for well over 3 months now and they are still very firm and uncomfortable to sit in. Fabric is not easy to care for and we scotchguard them as soon as we unpacked them. Due to the return/shipping policies/fees, we had to keep them hoping they would eventually work out but they don’t and this purchase alone has definitely turned us off from purchasing anything else from LampsPlus.

The chair was delivered in two days.it was packed well and easy to attach the legs. The color is slightly darker then the pictures. The picture of the swatch is the closest. The leg color is represented well in picture. For the price it is nice quality and upholstered well. Definitely firm cushion that will need breaking in. I love it and it's perfect for a bedroom.

Poor Quality
This chair looks beautiful in person I'll give it that but it's exactly uncomfortable and feels cheaply made. We're glad we read the return policy and still have the exact box it came in my boyfriends going to be typing that box up ASAP it's that bad.

These chairs look great, but the springs in the cushions are very stiff. Without a pillow behind your back, anyone under 5'5" won't be able to touch the floor. After a couple of weeks I decided I really didn't love them despite the cushion issue but unfortunately I've already disposed of the boxes so I can't return them. Also, there would have been an extra fee for returning because they were delivered freight. I guess I'll hope they loosen up so you can sink in, just a little, over time.

They were also delivered before the “delivery date” I looked for several weeks that had classic lines, good looking upholstery and an appealing price point. I am delighted with these chairs.

I like them enough not to return them. But they’re a bit clunky and don’t have the elegance I was hoping for. I do really like that the natural wood leg color.
