Q: Can the sliopcover be removed to wash?

A: It says it’s not recommended, however, I think it could be washed on cold and dried on extra low (so it doesn’t shrink) and would be fine. It’s not super duper tight to the seat (like most slipcovers).

I’m so excited about this addition to my kitchen table. This seat easily sits two to three adults. The cover is removable and the fabric appears well made. It can be a challenge to get in and out if you have it paired with a rectangle table like I do. I’m planning to switch out my table to a smaller circle table. I think that will make it much easier to get in and out. I was hoping the blue color was a softer blue- this is more of a denim blue. I’m considering ordering another slip cover to switch out the color/pattern. The bench came well packaged and took about 30 minutes to assemble the two bench pieces and two legs (which can be adjusted).

I bought and changed my mind 2 hours later. Apparently that’s too late to cancel the order. But it won’t be here for 2 months!!!

Protect your peace. Do not buy this! The first time I ordered it, it took a month to arrive… without legs. The second time I ordered it, all the pieces arrived but my husband and I cannot get the screws to catch no matter what we do. We’ve been trying for an hour and we have put together a lot of furniture in our life. I’m ready to smash this bench in a million pieces. I hate assembling it with the fire of a thousand suns. It sucks.
