A: No. There are ones that have built-in air pumps, but this one does not.

A: During the evening ( when everyone is done swimming for the night) you can add between 2 or 3 TEASPOONS of Regular Uncented Clorox bleach, diluted in water. Make sure to dilute first&thoughrly mixed it throughout the water. No one should enter the pool overnight until the following day.
