To use, simply remove the interior seal and insert reeds into the fragranced oil. I actually purchased this because it said notes of grapefruit and ginger, which I thought would be really refreshing in a bathroom. After opening it, I can confidently say there is no citrus or fruity scent at all, however it does smell like a very luxury scent- like a light perfume that isn’t overbearing. It reminds me of those perfumes that you get as samples in magazines. Absolutely love this and would purchase again, but I definitely feel that it shouldn’t be branded as notes of grapefruit or ginger.

Really great diffuser and scent
I've tried a few reed diffusers and this one has blown mwle away. I put this in my office upstairs, a few hours later I could smell it passing by the bottom of the stairs. It is no longer that strong, but I can still easily smell it outside the room. My only complaint, after several hours in close proximity it smelled like soap to me. It might be a me problem, no one else I've asked thought it smelled soapy.

This reed diffuser is beautiful, and has SUCH an amazing scent throw...for the first week or two. Then it just completely stopped diffusing any smell. I tried flipping and rotating the reeds, even added additional reeds, but it just stopped smelling. What a shame!

Never got to the scent
I was excited to try this diffuser, but I never even opened the scent oil because the frost on the glass container was scratched off in many places. Part of what I liked about this diffuser was the container, but with all the many parts where the frost was rubbed off, it made it look junky instead of elegant. I tried to find a position where at least the front looked good, but it was damaged everywhere. I will return and hope to find one that isn't damaged.
