Q: I have the same question as above. What is the white point sticking out of the back of the Surge Protector? I called MyTGTech support that was listed and it is USELESS. No one answered!

Very, VERY slow pick up
About an hour since I placed the order on the app and the person at customer service says it could be a “couple of hours” for a power cord strip… The store didn’t seem busy and I don’t know how one time should take that long

Expand to 6 outlets plus 2 USB
This outlet expander does exactly what it appears to. Turns a standard double outlet into a 6 outlet with the bonus addition of two usb ports. The USB type A port has a maximum of 12w and the type C port will go to 15w. I found these USB outlets useful for those type of things that need occasional charging and I don't necessarily want to have near my desk or run a long cable. Using it to charge my smart scale when needed, along with things like flashlights, etc.

Highly recommended for organized people
I have a charging station in my house that is the hub for our family. Phones, tablets, cameras, etc get charged here. We had a power strip but it made the counter look extremely cluttered. This solves the issues and has the updated usbc adapter.

Space saving
I really needed this product for my kitchen. I used it to connect our Keurig coffee machine and toaster. It’s practical and I like that I can also connect my iPhone cable to charge it. Space saving I prefer it over a regular cable surge protector.

Great Wall tap!
This outlet or wall tap add-on is super good! I was using single one (those that give you 3 outs) but this gives you 6 plus 1 USB-A and 1 USB-C. It does take both slots from your outlet however, the exchange of 2 for 6 plus the USB ports is pretty neat. I like that it has a solid indication of connection to simplify for those days that you lose electricity. Overall, satisfied.

Perfect Wall Plug!
I love this wall plug. It turns 2 outlets into 6 outlets and has a USB type-A and an USB type-C port, which is perfect for when I don't have my charging brick nearby. I love that I can use this to charge my laptop, iPad, phone, and more while I'm home.

Multiple spots to plug in options.
I found this to be such a convenient thing to have when needing to plug in multiple things. It plugs right into an outlet to turn 2 into 6. It also has an usb A and usb C port with a total of 8 plug in options total. It has a little light indicate that it’s on and makes it easier to find in the dark.

Useful outlet
This outlet can fit six plugs and also has usb a and c ports. It fits in the wall well, and is helpful in a household with adults and older kids. So far it has worked well in its charging capabilities.

Love this!
I cannot tell you how many times my kids steal my charger cables, boxes, and will literally unplug my power strips to take for themselves. To say this product is much needed is an understatement. I love this product so much and the option to use it for all chargers regardless of specific cord the device needs. Highly recommended

Perfect but wish it had more USB ports
This is a fantastic basic wall tap. It isn't fancy but it does the trick. I couldn't give it five stars though because I don't understand why it doesn't have more USB inputs - I need those more than I need standard plugs at this point! Still, now I can expand the outlet I use and then just use adapters.

Great way to convert 2 outlets to 6 + USB ports
This simple device works great at expanding outlets with USB ports and offering surge protection. The center post on the rear fits in the top outlet's ground plug to make it fit snug. 4/5 stars for some minor complaints. First the LED protected indicator light is lit up red to indicate it is working properly. It should be green (or get with the times and be blue)..in my mind red is error and means faulty. And second the shape at the top could be sculpted to provide a lip so that a phone can sit on top when charging -- I've seen other wall outlet surge protectors with this feature.
