A: The dimensions for the Sauder Bookcase: top down is 8 /78" high by 23" wide, middle shelf and bottom shelf (above doors) 10 5/8" high by 23" wide.

A: The top and center shelf of the Coral Cap Library with Doors have an overhang and will not allow the units to be placed completely flush next to one another.

Quality of the product and the product is robust. The installation is quite cumbersome and time consuming. Could have been less complex by already having some parts fixed in the box.

This is a great looking bookcase. I have purchased several Sauder products in the past and I would have to say that this one is the best so far. The instructions were very clear, it was easy to assemble and it only took me about 3. 5 hours (didn't count the time for a few breaks) to complete the assembly.

Assembly requires that you flip the entire piece over, twice. Once you put the cam dowels together you can not take them apart without damaging the pieces, so everything must be oriented correctly the first time. Pay close attention! The doors are last to go on, and are difficult to affix and to adjust. The piece looks just as it should and functions decently. Drawer slides are rough at the end of the pull.

I am using this bookcase in my little office and it's the perfect size! I love that the cabinet shelf is adjustable so I can fit binders underneath it. It is fairly sturdy. I also love that the panels are reversible and that you could even put your own pattern in there! The hardware is a beautiful gold brass color. The only downside, is that it did take me 4 hours to assemble.

Really nice but, the edges chip VERY easily, so be careful handling the pieces when assembling the bookcase. Otherwise, I love it! I purchased the bookcase to serve two purposes: 1) to have a place to store/hide my medical equipment, and 2) a decorative Zen corner (crystals, Tibetan Singing Bowl, candles, and plants) in my bedroom.

Very happy with this! Came well packaged and loved the pre-organized hardware. Instructions were very easy to follow. Beautiful veneer and color is true to photos - maybe pulls more brown during day and warm at night. Top portion is very sturdy but bottom cabinet felt less supported. We added extra brackets for support. Matches the desk from the same collection perfectly. Truly completes our office. Overall, highly recommended!
