Q: Cannot get them to turn on with remote
A: This took me too long to figure out. But wanted to answer in case you hadn’t figured it out yet! All candles must be turned on manually, and then they will work with the remote once you click off/on.

Q: Do the “flames” move or are they stationary?

Q: Does the remote have the ability to set a programmable time frame these will come on each day?
A: If you zoom in on the picture with the remote, there is a 5 hour timer button.

Q: I bought the honey colored tapered led candles with remote. I cannot get them to turn on. Replaced all of the batteries twice. Still will not light
