Q: Anybody having a hard time with this tree? Just bought it and the middle section will not turn on. It’s brand new out of the box. Any tips before I have to go return it?

A: I had this issue too with mine. The lights will only work if the plug connector is attached a certain way.

Disclaimer: the customer service associated with this product is amazing! The tree, however, had a few problems right out of the box. The top of the tree appeared severed and twist-tied back together. This led to a noticeable angle at the top of the tree. The prelit lights were the biggest issue. There was a cable in the "B" section of the tree that connected to two rows of lights. The bottom row did not illuminate at all, and the top row lit up to an extreme brightness and heat level. This created a visible gap in the lighting. But to reiterate, the customer service has been great. They trouble shoot on the phone and offer replacement parts. The service you get with this product makes it worth the headache.

This tree is absolutely gorgeous! It looks just like a snow covered tree and it's the perfect size for our house. It looks amazing. I did add more lights to the tree, but that is my personal preference. The only down fall is the flocking comes off pretty easily while setting it up and fluffing out the branches.

All the Christmas trees look very poor quality and are very skimpy. Lots of sparse branches and gaps even after fluffing. Do not recommend if you like a full Christmas tree.
