Terrible quality and even worse directions. The set looked alright when we first opened the packaging, however, we found pieces were cracked and chipped upon further inspection. That could have been the worst of it, but reading the instructions made no sense. It references colors and pieces but there were no labels and instructions are black & white. What a joke. Do. Not. Buy.

Bad quality
I bought it because it looked nice and really needed a proper dresser. Over time it would absorb water and started to chip. It gets damaged easily and doesn't hold much in the drawers. I have found myself looking for more space.

Poor directions
The dresser itself was sturdy, but these were the worst directions I’ve ever had. Nothing was labeled, the directions were mainly pictures and the written directions were not helpful. They renamed things halfway through. It was a color coded system, but black and white directions. The hardware came all together in one big bag, except for these small screws that came in like 10 bags. It was overall a weird packaging and not great directions. Once done the dresser did look good, but could have been finished 45 mins earlier.

DO NOT waste your money!
Overall quality is bad. I really needed a dresser for my son so I had no choice but to keep this but it is awful. Wood was dented and scratched right on the front, One of the drawers doesn’t close properly and the legs at bottom wouldn’t screw in properly so we had to use gorilla glue. I have a feeling this won’t last very long. Waste of money

The dresser itself is sturdy and very pretty. however the instructions were insane. Definitely a two or three person job, needed to drill extra holes in one of the drawers as well because the premade ones were in the wrong spot. Took two people almost 4 hours to get it done

Horrible dresser .. took like 5 hours to assemble .. very hard instructions , the pieces also didn’t align properly .. the drawer railing were all bent so the drawers won’t close or open properly . Some pieces were chipped . Had the worst time fixing it and realized it was a huge waste of money so decided to return it . Thankfully return was done but was a huge waste of my time and effort ! Please stay away from this .

Broken, Sharp and Very Dirty Dreaser
The whole back panel (C7) was missing from the box. The bottom of the front is very broken and the black covering is peeling upward. The top of the dresser was very dirty, and after scrubbing nothing came off. This is not worth $500.

Very nice dresser, not worth the amount of assembly at all
This thing is ridiculously heavy and took over 4 hours to assemble. For the price it should come at least partially assembled. It was a truly miserable experience putting it together. If you're reading this review thinking "ok it's probably not THAT hard to put together" you are wrong and I have tried to warn you.

POOR QUALITY/CONFUSING ASSEMBLY/MISSING PARTS
For the price of this dresser, I expected it to be great quality. The drawers came with CARDBOARD inserts for the bottoms. I’m not sure how that’s supposed to be substantial enough to hold my clothes. Also, the top piece had a scratch on it right out of the box. The back piece for the dresser was missing, so after doing all of the other assembly, I realize cant finish it. Lastly, the manual is useless as none of the parts are labeled. Even if you paid for the expert assembly this thing would still come out looking weird. The drawers wouldn’t slide in and we’re all crooked (as shown in photos). I’m now having to arrange for someone to come pick this up so it can be returned. Major disappointment after all the time I spent putting it together.

Good quality for price, lengthy assembly process
This is a beautiful piece, especially for the price. The assembly was not difficult, everything fit together nicely. However, the parts were not labeled which was annoying and it was missing two nails so I had to find spare parts to finish putting it together. There are many steps to complete. I was able to do the entire thing by myself but it took 4.5 hours to finish.

I loved it! The drawers are a little small though and one drawer is slightly not aligned properly-due to manufacture, but otherwise it’s beautiful!! I had not damage on any of the product. It did take about 2.30hrs to build minimum.

Great piece! Looks nice and looks high quality. Only down a star because the directions to build we not very good and took about 2.5 hours to built. The drawers are also a little smaller then expected.
