Q: Can it hold paper that is 9 in x 12 in? I see it is 9-1/4 in wide, presu,mably on teh outside -- so it may not hold a 9" wide paper on the inside.

The product itself is nice but it is packaged TERRIBLY. We ordered two of these and both arrived damaged likely due to the shipping process. It was just alone in a box with no bubble wrap or anything.
