Q: Does it need to be anchored to the wall with the included hardware, or does leaning it against the wall sufficient to keep it from tipping over?

Q: How far from the wall do the feet sit when leaning? Can the mirror be safely placed flat against the wall (with feet on the ground) using the anchoring hardware or does it need to lean?

I love this mirror! I feel like it’s my first adult mirror, I’ve only ever had the cheap $5 college mirrors. The box explicitly says that it’s a mirror and “fragile” so it came with no damage! The feet are beveled a little bit so it can lean. There is no distortion, just a nice clean crisp reflection. I was looking at the other $200-something Threshold leaning mirror and this was $130, I’d choose this one everytime!

I got this mirror as a gift for my birthday since my best friend knew i wanted it and well it was slightly broken when I recieved it. the second was fully shattered sounded like broken glass when i moved the box. the third mirror had an X carved into the box but was intact!! Don't order this mirror unless live near a target and have a large suv/truck that you can throw your broken mirrors into -to return at the store. the box is tall and awkward to move. all things to consider when investing in this process. but i found it worth it. sucks for the planet though :(

I love this mirror for the wood color, the simple shape, and the legs. I put this mirror next to the coat closet which is in a little cove. It’s in the main room, the open living room, and everyone can look at their outfits. Not just me. Highly recommend!

Mirror A very attractive mirror, set it up in the bedroom and loved how it looked and fit the décor. But I'm returning it. The distortion of the mirror’s reflection is the unfortunate deal breaker. It's a fun house mirror. It's not slight, very noticeable and disorienting. Disappointed, because I love everything else about it.

The second mirror of the same mirror I orderer. The first mirror was broken and then 2nd was also broken. They refused to come get it so I had to discard it on my own with broken glass. After having to put it back into box there was glass shards on the floor even after vacuuming and I have small kids who could have been harmed. Would not recommend this mirror and disappointed in the treatment of target stating they could not pick up the broken mirror even though I let them know this was unsafe.
