It’s pretty but has zero scent

I got the salted honey scent and it smells really good. I put it in our small guest bath and you can smell it as soon as you walk in but it isn’t too strong. I don’t think it would be as fragrant in a bigger room though. The bottle itself is really pretty. Will definitely be getting another one.

Such a cute diffuser and went perfectly with my decor, however, I do wish the scent was stronger to substitute a candle.

The scent is light, neutral, and doesn’t seem to irritate anyone. I have purchased multiple times and it never disappoints! Better investment than candles!

Really liking this diffuser for my desk. The glass bottle with the gold top looks simple but classy, and it fits in nicely without taking up much space. The reeds give off just the right amount of fragrance, and with the warm lamp light, it makes the whole setup feel calm and cozy. Definitely a nice little upgrade for my workspace and I’ve gotten lots of compliments from guest.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. It smells absolutely awful. I smelt the candle in store and it wasn’t too bad so I got the diffuser because I liked the jar. I had it in my bathroom for less than 5 mins and dumped the liquid down the drain because the smell was that disgusting. I plan to refill the jar with something else. I guess at least I got a cute jar for $20

The smell is so yummy, but, it is STRONG. I put it out, left the house for a couple of hours, and when I returned the whole house smelled like the diffuser!!! It’s almost too much.

You cannot smell the fragrance at all. Very disappointing for $20

The scent is very weak, hardly noticeable in the room

The directions said to give it 36hours for the smell to diffuse but I’m about a week out and I don’t smell it at all.

The bottle is beautiful and the scent is beautiful, but you need to be standing right next to it (l mean literally 4 inches from the bottle) to smell anything. I'll keep to reuse the bottle, but do not recommend this otherwise. I would return it if I didn't rip the box open.

Live the bergamot scent in the room spray and this diffuser. I like that it is not overwhelming and cloying where you feel like you’re eating it! But I do find it hard to smell sometimes. I am ordering a few more to scatter around the house to see if it helps make it stronger without being overwhelming. I WISH THEY SOLD A REFILL! It’s a waste to have to keep purchasing the glass jar and reeds, a refill would make the most sense & less wasteful!

How are the old jars 11.83 fl oz and the new jars are 8.45 fl oz for the same exact price? Rude.

I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseye sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This Hearth & Hand diffuser adds a nice touch to my fall decor. I was a little concerned about the scent- “salted honey”- but it is very mild and smells like vanilla.

I loved all the smells this is! It is my favorite new smell! This needs to be a perfume as well! I hope this scent is available year round!! We can’t stop smelling it!!

This diffuser smells great and looks nice in any room. The scent lasts a long time without being too strong. Love it!

Smells wonderful very up close, absolutely no smell when you put into use. I have one in each bathroom, one of the bathrooms is the size of a shoe closet and still nothing.

Very disappointed because I love the smell, but it does not diffuse into my house. Too pricey for it not to work
