Some downsides
The arm you pull on collapses when you go downhill, and it makes it impossible to stop or steer. Can the manufacturer explain that?

Only good for carrying light things
It's good for carrying things, but the turning is awful. Doesn't handle bumps or humps well. The whole point was to not have to lift it, but I still have to on uneven ground.

Not that great
One of the wheels stopped working, and the cart doesn't have a brake to keep it still. I always have to use a rock or chase it down. Not great.

Won't last a whole year
Parts started falling off after 6 months. I had to hold it together with zip ties and spare screws, but it finally broke. Not heavy-duty at all.

Feels cheaply made
I've been using this wagon regularly for about a year. It works well, but it's super cheap and started falling apart. It's fine for occasional use, but not for heavy-duty stuff. Wouldn't recommend it for the price.

Wanted it, now I have it!
I was really excited to get this for transporting my stuff to fairs. The handle slides down to collapse, which I missed at first. There's no good way to fold up the bottom when collapsing it, so a bungee would be helpful. Small issue though.

Cover is too tight
The product is solid but a little heavy. It holds a lot, but the cover isn't really a cover. When you fold the wagon, you can't wrap it up properly with the base. It should've come with a separate cover, not just a base.

Almost perfect, but not quite
I bought this wagon for picking apples and peaches. I've got a bigger cart, but the peaches were getting squished. This wagon lets me see exactly how much I'm picking and store the bags side by side. It's easy to assemble but a bit heavy. It seems solid and fits my needs, though the cover is a letdown. I thought it would come with a separate cover, but the mat is meant to double as a stabilizer and storage cover. The velcro straps don't hold, so it's a struggle to wrap it up. But I'm keeping it because it's still a good wagon.

Hard to maneuver
I got this wagon for hauling groceries up to my high-rise. I haven't had it for long, but I don't think it will last much longer than six months. The front wheels are terrible for tight turns. I end up pulling it by force until it aligns. Also, the handle broke the first time I used it fully loaded, so I haven't used the handle since. It feels durable, but the drink holders and other pockets are really cheap. I'll probably switch to a different brand next time.
