Alot of grease cooked office, probably about 1/2 cup. Cooked for spaghetti, tasted great, no hard little bits, not rubbery. Pretty happy with the taste and cost overall.

In today's order, the meat that we received was expired. There was nothing on the shelf again and the shopper asked for it from the back and she apologized for not checking the date however, this isn't the first time we have received food items that expire same day, next day or days before. I am beginning to wonder if Shipt shoppers are told to grab items closest to their expiration date. The shopper is terrific, but there is a lot of room for improvement in the items for sale on the shelves in my local Target store.

Target's ground beef is awesome!!! always lean, fresh, never filled with water or dyes (like we were getting from other grocery store), no grissle nor bone fragments. We get the 93/7 and there is barely any grease - it's pure delicious ground beef for whatever we make (burgers, meatloaf, spaghetti, etc.). My favorite ground beef to buy.

This is not real meat. Bought it, left it in my fridge for 3 weeks and the color and texture of the expired meat never changed. I definitely do not recommend this meat to anyone. I will never purchase this meat or any other meat product at target.
