Description
Mumm Sparkling Wine Brut Rose boasts an eye-catching pink coral color, robust red fruit flavors and an elegant finish. This traditional method California sparkling wine features grapes that are harvested by hand during the crisp morning hours to ensure they arrive at the winery in pristine condition. Pinot Noir is responsible for the wine's soft texture and forward fruitiness while Chardonnay contributes structure and elegance. The result is a rich and mouth-filling yet elegant sparkling wine featuring fresh, vivid aromas of strawberry, red apple, spiced cherry, orange and nectarine, complemented by accents of toast and honeysuckle. Fermentation takes place mostly in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to preserve freshness and fruit intensity. This Brut rose undergoes an 16-month yeast aging to add complexity, subtle bread dough flavors and layers of creaminess. It's then disgorged and a small amount of red Pinot Noir is added to the blend before bottling to create the beautiful pink coral color. Enjoy it in a bubbly cocktail like a classic Mimosa or Spritz. This versatile and balanced sparkling rose wine pairs well with grilled salmon, a summery watermelon and feta salad, or a relaxing afternoon with family and friends. I however did try the product and it’s a borderline sweet taste. It smells good but I wasn’t super keen on the taste. I like my champagne sweet. Beautiful bottle, good amount of bubbly.

Perfect summer Rose!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this rose for a get together we were hosting this summer for friends and family and it was the perfect refreshing summer drink. It was wonderfully carbonated not too much and not too in your face but enough where it had that crisp taste that just instantly makes you feel bubbly all over. The packaging was also so cute and really looked aesthetic on our table because our theme was pink and red decorations all over. 10/10 would definitely buy again.

This sparkling rosé is light, crisp, and not too sweet, which I really liked. You can definitely taste some berry flavors, like strawberry or raspberry, but it’s still dry enough that it doesn’t feel sugary. It has nice bubbles that make it feel a little fancy, without being too intense or overwhelming. It’s super refreshing and would be great for a brunch, a celebration, or just a relaxing evening. Overall, it’s a really enjoyable sparkling wine even if you’re not a wine expert. I’d definitely buy again.

Sweet, a little tart, but also a refreshing wine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bottle of Mumm Napa Rose Brut was a little difficult to open, but that’s the worst part about it!!! The taste was a little sweet and tart at the same time, a little fizzier than most wines I drink, but I did really like it. The color is a beautiful rose gold. Once I tried it alone, I decided to add a little guava mango juice to it and it made an amazing cocktail. I enjoyed it while watching some tv with my pup on Sunday evening!

It has a lovely aroma and a very enjoyable flavor profile fruity and balanced. One of its strongest points is its accessibility not just in taste, but also in price, which makes it an easy favorite for casual or meaningful moments alike. I actually forgot to take a photo of the wine once it was served because I was enjoying such a wonderful evening chatting with my husband, the time just flew by. That alone made me love it even more. In fact, I already bought another bottle!

Great Rose

Hmm…an okay Rosé
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’m not really sure how I feel about this rosé. I did not like to scent because it didn’t smell like your regular rosé. It was a little too strong for my taste. In terms of the taste itself, the taste was OK. It wasn’t anything out of this world or extraordinary. I’ve definitely had a lot better Rosé’s. In fact, as a person who loves rosé, I would not even rank this in my top five grocery-store-bought ones. At best, it was a decent rosé. However, I hated the afterburn. The afterburn was way too strong, triggering my acid reflexes. The carbonation was fantastic because even after opening it and covering it and putting it in the fridge for a day or two, every time I uncovered it, there was still carbonation, so that was nice. Would I go and buy it again? Probably not. Is it worth a try? Yes. At least that way you’ll know whether you like it or not.
