About the Author
Laurie Ann March is an avid backpacker, hiker, and wilderness canoeist. She is an instructor of a wilderness cooking course in which she teaches and supports students who are learning the special skills needed to prepare food for wilderness excursions. Laurie lives in Ontario, Canada, where she backpacks, hikes, and paddles with her husband, Bryan, and her son, Tobias.
