It is not considered Low Fat Milk, which would be any milk with 1% fat content or lower. At this time, we don't have any plans to add 1% milk to our products. A: While similar, our milk is Ultra-Pasteurized (UP) which means it is heated to a minimum of 280f, and held for 2 seconds. UHT is where milk is heated to temperatures between 275f-300f for a minimum of 2 seconds then its cooled.
