Nice, big accent chair
Overall I am happy with the chair. It has one minor defect on the outside of the left arm which you can see in the picture but not worth sending it back.

Loose padding due to skimping on stuffing
I have had this chair less that 2 mths and the padding in the back of the is shrinking and creating a ton of loose fabric (pictures attached). Had to contact the dealer and they are going to get more stuffing for the chair. Leads me to wonder how long it will last. But I will call again before the year warranty runs out for more I'm sure .chair style and comfort 4 stars , quality of chair 1 star.

Loose Upholstery
One side of the chair has very loose upholstery caustic to look rippled. Unhappy about that. Wish Ashley could tighten it up with a couple of staples or something

Expected Better
Not particularly happy with the construction. I do realize how destructive my cats are(hence the new sofa) but the material pulled away from the front panel immediately. The staples holding the fabric were small and were almost like a desktop stapler staples. The cushions were comfortable the first week or so and two months later they seem to be losing their firmness. It does look nice in my room.

Unsatisfactory
I love my chair but I never received the feet for my ottoman that goes with my 2 chairs. Have called store and can not get in touch with right person. Will not shop with them again!!
