Such a great electric fireplace compared to many others!
I just installed this as a recessed unit in place of my old wood burning fireplace, and I cannot be more pleased! What I like most about this fireplace is that the logs at the bottom span the entire width of the unit, and they are anchored in place. It does come with crystals, but I feel like the wood is a much more realistic portrayal. The flames also look the least fake of any fireplace I had looked at, and I had received at least two in the mail before this one from a different store. I also love how both the flames and the logs can each change color independent of one another. The heating capability is also very good, and very quiet. Remote works great without any issues. Was surprised that this hadn’t gotten a review yet, as it has been the best purchase ever!
