So many ads and unnecessary software trying to constantly push services onto user. Microsoft is the most annoying in this package. I don’t want a microsoft account but was forced to sign up. Now MS won’t stop pushing more software.

Boot up Issues

Have the same issue as another reviewer. Occasionally the computer won't boot, trys to repair itself, can't fix the issue and recommends shut down. On restart it boots up. Very frustrating. I called and Acer had me reload Windows. It seemed to work then reverted to the same issue. This is my third Acer. The others have been super. Acer needs to get on top of this and send out a software fix to those of us who purchased this model.

I find the computer to be fast and responsive. When booted up, it works just as I had hoped. The reason for less than five stars is that I have had problems a few times with the boot up. Several times I got an error message about Windows encountering a problem and needing to restart. Another time it could not connect to the internet which apparently had something to do with a network adapter. I will say that, once it is up and running, it is a great machine; however, I am a little concerned about what the future holds with the startup issues.
