Although I own other Acer laptops with which I’m very happy, I had to return this model because the keyboard was gray and the letters were a color too similar to gray and I could not see them at all. Even with the backlit keyboard I could not clearly make out the letters. I consider this a design flaw that needs addressing

This is a perfect little travel laptop. I like Acer because they don't fill up the drive with excessive bloatware that uses unnecessary RAM, memory and drive space. This is a perfect laptop for those that just need an affordable, fast, on-the-go laptop. I HATE touchscreens since I am an "old school" user from the late 80's early 90's and every upgrade uses MORE processing and memory when all you need a simple full size keyboard with a 10-key in a small compact lightweight package. And THIS is that perfect package for my needs. Shoot, I can even add more RAM later on when the new apps require more but for now this will last me several years.

Matte screen takes away from clarity, sound is terrible my 6 year old Toshiba had better sound and image. But worth, speed is reasonable. I would not purchase again.

I like the aspire series, good specs at a good price, this is my second one and so far Laptop works smoothly, but battery runs down faster than my previous one which was i5 10 gen 8 gig ram, dont know if it just my model
