There's no chance this computer was selling near $3,000 in the last 12 months, at least at a decent value. I've seen similar builds near this price point brand new. You can see other 1 star posts where people have complained about the most basic probrlems. Poor Design leads to poor build quality. It has a decent video card, if that's what they actually include in the computer. 30 or even a 90 day guarantee wouldn't convince me to buy it. I'd want the full manufacturer warranty. Shame on them for putting the risk on the buyer.

Dear Honesty, Recertified/refurbished indicates a previously-purchased item returned to the manufacturer. It is inspected and if needed, repairs the item before reselling, usually at a significant discount. There could be a number of reasons it was recertified-some are demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified. These products include a 90-day warranty on the product. We would recommend purchasing a new product if a full manufacturer's warranty suits you best.
