I bought this for my wife and she is very pleased with it. The value is incredible - great screen, plenty of computing power for everyday tasks. Only two complaints: She has to turn off the backlighting on the keys because with backlighting the writing on the silver keys becomes unreadable. Second complaint is that tap sensitivity on the trackpad is way too high even on the least sensitive setting, and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn off just the tap. Fortunately she always uses an external mouse, so we just turned off the trackpad altogether.
