Good for detoxing and lowering stress

Honestly I think since taking my sleep stack of magnesium , sulforaphane, and fish oil I have been sleeping much better. I really like how clean the ingredients are in this so you don’t have to worry about getting a product with stuff you didn’t want in it. I would purchase this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These delayed release Sulforaphane supplements are exactly what you need to help your body with detoxing, cellular health, and so much more. I dont love the taste (or smell) of broccoli but this supplement gives you what you need from broccoli without having to eat tons of it! It’s delayed release and it is highly absorbable and easier on your stomach. It dissolves quickly and packed with antioxidants, which I know I don’t get while just eating normally. As someone who is getting near my 40’s, knowing that it also targets healthy aging is a huge plus.

Dependable supplement

Over Priced - grow your own sprouts instead
Product is ok. Price is way too high. You are much better off growing your own broccoli sprouts. It is super cheap, super easy and you metabolize the Sulforaphane much better.
