Gut health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started this supplement for the first time and so far so good. I’ve had stomach issues in the past and this supplement is supposed to help with gut health. Take 1 pill a day. It does smell like broccoli when you open the cap.

Good energy refill

Can't do without it!
The quality of the sulforaphane is top notch. You can tell by the amazing broccoli smell exactly what you're getting. This product is a major component of helping my body maintain healthy estrogen levels while also delivering antioxidant and detoxification support.

Dependable supplement
I had a prostatectomy about one year ago and am taking sulforaphane to avoid a recurrence. The product is well priced and the capsule is easy to swallow. No complaints so far!

Over Priced - grow your own sprouts instead
Product is ok. Price is way too high. You are much better off growing your own broccoli sprouts. It is super cheap, super easy and you metabolize the Sulforaphane much better.

Prostate Health
Have been very happy with this product as part of my fight against prostate cancer. However the price has gone up and this has now become too expensive for me. This month I substituted Sulforaphane optimized with MyroActiv. I hope to maintain the same results.

The microbeads in the clear capsules makes the packaging and allure of this supplement interesting. There isn’t much of a scent, thankful there isn’t a scent like when taking omega oil. So far, so good.

I didn't notice anything from this

I do have lupus so you would assume something that stimulates the immune system would put me into a flare, but it did not. So, this product was not good nor bad - I just wouldn't buy it. It may be better for someone in generally good health!
