Didn’t understand the product’s usage tbh

My experience has never been good with such products as I ma always on the fence with such pills but wanted to give this a shot. Taste is ok and easy to swallow as well. But I might not recommend people to buy it.

Good for detoxing and lowering stress

Honestly I think since taking my sleep stack of magnesium , sulforaphane, and fish oil I have been sleeping much better. I really like how clean the ingredients are in this so you don’t have to worry about getting a product with stuff you didn’t want in it. I would purchase this again.

I dont love the taste (or smell) of broccoli but this supplement gives you what you need from broccoli without having to eat tons of it! It’s delayed release and it is highly absorbable and easier on your stomach. It dissolves quickly and packed with antioxidants, which I know I don’t get while just eating normally. As someone who is getting near my 40’s, knowing that it also targets healthy aging is a huge plus.
