Hard to dissolve
I think this is a great product but it is a pain to use - the taste isn't great, but is okay if you dissolve with a little hot water first, then fill the glass and add a splash to lemon -- but all that makes it way to inconvenient to do 2-3 X per day. The capsules are not as cost effective, but way more convenient.

Recommended!
I use this product as part of a biofilm protocol. It does not taste bad (not too salty). The label does not say this, but it mixes best with warm water. I have been pleased with the results.
