I noticed a huge difference in my thirst right away and when I don’t take this product I can definitely feel it. I normally drink my water plain without any sweeteners cause they have an after taste. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it. It was delicious! No aftertaste and not too sweet. My body feels more hydrated. I will definitely buy this again when I run out.
