And it’s just one of those things I can’t skip or my whole body gets thrown off. I love this super flavorful yogurt that contains a ton of live probiotics!!!! They come in mini individual containers, so it’s absolutely perfect for me to bring for lunch at work! And most importantly they work! Trust me when I tell you if I forget to take my pill probiotics, I will remember the hard way and I definitely forgot to take one but had this instead and was with no interruption on my gut health. 10/10

It does look weird in pictures but I’ve never looked at it that close. I feel like drinking one or two a day has been helping my stomach feel better and I have more energy. It is worth every penny! I am more of an ‘on the go’ person and I love smoothies so this is the best balance for me. I drink one before or after my Yoga class and it is so refreshing. There is a refrigerator there… make sure you keep them cold. I drink it in one gulp but I should stop and taste the strawberries! It’s so quick and easy just grab and go. I have a really bad gut issues so this is one of those things that Helps that you can just drink and it won’t make your issues worse, but it’ll actually help you and actually taste really good so it’s not like you’re just drinking something beneficial but it taste nasty. No, it’s actually good.

These Activia drinks are pretty tasty! However, there is a bit more sugar in them than I would like. They are easy to store in the fridge and grab on the go. Work great in lunches too!

This drink is good for I like that is good for your body and sometimes I be bloated. I drink this every morning. I give some to my daughter cause we don’t get bloated when we drink and especially that it’s a value pack is good. I don’t have to go to the store or spend money buying a lot of things just buy a whole pack. I love this and I will come in everyone to try. This product is good for bloating.

Currently on a glp-1 which slows your tummy and can cause constipation.. took this one night the next morning I was able to go.. I would only use them every 2-3 days cause 2 days in a row made my tummy upset! Use at own risk

Don't get me wrong this it very good probiotic yogurt drink, BUT go in the store to buy! I had my son do a store pickup and was given 4 yogurt packs that expired in 2-3 days!! You really have to watch the expiration dates on any food items when you do store/drive up pickup. Seems like they try to give you items that are expiring soon. This has happened before on other food items.

Last week was the first time I tried these. I usually get the yogurt and love those but they were buy one get one. They seem smaller and are less calories but I feel they are just as effective. And you can truly have them on the go!
