White cast, as others have mentioned. I prefer the old formula that was in the plastic bottle, it went on fairly clear. While I like that the new metallic bottle is better for the environment than the old plastic bottle, the new formula makes my skin look white and dry.

Major white cast. Would not recommend for that reason unfortunately.

I was really excited about trying this product since it is touted as helping with fine lines and wrinkles but my gosh it made my skin feel like I put chalk on it, super tight and uncomfortable. Disappointed since I have tried the brightening lotion and liked it. Very sad that I wasted my money on this product.

Applying this stuff is awful! The texture is like a try cream, it’s so odd. And it will 100000008484383% peel. It goes on blotchy and leaves a white cast. I do not recommend this to anyone. Ever.

If you don't have fair skin don't use this sunscreen. I looked like a ghost and tried rubbing it in as much as I could. I had to actually wash it off after.

The white cast is unreal, and I’m pretty pale. Didn’t work with or without my other facial products. I unfortunately deemed it unwearable.

I really appreciate the packaging, as avoiding plastic is another challenge when on the search for great care products. Along with that, if been on the lookout for a moisturizer with SPF. I thought I'd found just the thing, but unfortunately the product does not work for me at all. It leaves a white mask and dried out my skin. My skin felt taut and got flaky. Sadly, that's a no go for me. Thank you though for the plastic-free tube,.that's a huge plus for me.

While I had high hopes for this day cream, it was fairly thick and had to really be worked into my skin in order to get rid of the white cast. I do not feel very moisturized after using it. It's also a pretty picky product, and the wrong layering can cause it to pill. I like it enough to finish the tube I purchased, but I don't know if I will repurchase this specific Acure product.

Before they changed the formula I used the Radically Rejuvenating SPF every day but this one leaves such a terrible white cast and doesn't blend in at all. It also doesn't moisturize at all. I'm really disappointed because I love acure products and that they're making their packaging more sustainable. If I accidentally get this sunscreen in my eyebrows it takes me forever to get it out and for it to not look like I just bleached them. I will not be buying this sunscreen again.

As a nail tech and make up artist with over a decade of experience I consider myself to be very experienced with spf products. While I absolutely love that this spf is reef safe, this particular spf wasn’t my favorite. The white cast was very extreme and even when I tried using a 3rd of what I used the first time it still stayed white. I was rubbing and rubbing and eventually just put on a tinted moisturizer over it to make it go away which worked but it felt like a very unnecessary step. I think for someone extremely fair skinned it wouldn’t be a problem but as a black woman I was a little disappointed. It does feel nice though and the packaging is very cute and it is effective so they’re definitely getting points for all of those things. I just wish it was a bit more inclusive

Like some others have said, this is more of a sunscreen than a moisturizer. It left my skin dry and left a significant white cast. Sad to have a bad experience as I usually love Acure products.

This new product is horrible. It's absolutely nothing like the original. It's a thick lotion that needs a lot of work to rub in. The last one was light and gave a nice shimmer. Not sure why they felt the need to change a perfect moisturizer with added sunscreen. Now I need to move onto a new brand. Thumbs down Acure. I'd give it zero stars if the system would let me.

I truly wanted to love this sunscreen by Acure but it didn't wow me. I really loved the packaging, but I wasn't impressed with the overall product formulation. The white cast this sunscreen had was so prominent that you could even see it on my eyebrow hair. I applied the perfect amount to offer me the very best protection, but this wouldn't blend out well enough to not look like I had just seen a ghost. This was a very bland formula that felt like chock on the skin I would suggest a reformulation to better suit someone who would be seen in public. I love Acure products but not this one. I have been working in beauty industry for many years. One thing I always tell my clients is to use SPF in the morning everyday. For myself, I apply sunscreen every morning even I don't go outside that day. SPF cream is one must-have skincare product for my morning skincare routine. I personally prefer lighter texture of the cream so it's not greasy and easy to apply. In this SPF cream, I do appreciate the turmeric, ferulic acid and vitamin C ingredients. When I opened the packaging, I immediately realized that this is a thicker sunscreen. For the first two times of using it, it was ok. It's thick but it's not as greasy as I thought. However, I found out this SPF does leave white casks on my face. My skin appears whiter after applying one layer. I believe it is the white cask that I would never want to see when using my SPF creams. This is like the biggest no for me. My husband even saw some white casks along my hairline one day and wondered what was that. Also, when I went out one day and went to use the public bathroom, I saw a white line across my forehand. It is the SPF cream. Acure, you have amazing skincare products but this SPF cream is the biggest fail. I can't imagine darker skincare tone with this SPF cream.
