Vanicream Facial Moisturizer SPF 30 Mineral Sunscreen - 2.5 oz

I love this product! I like that it’s a moisturizer and sunscreen. It works well with my sensitive and rosacea skin. And No white cast! This applies well under makeup as well. It’s a great value for mineral sunscreen. I will be repurchasing!

It works as my face did not burn. I also didnt have and issue with any white cast, but it did leave my face with an oily look. I also did notice a few breakouts with it, but they weren't horrible. My biggest issue is this is supposed to be for sensitive skin. I get eczema around my eyes and mouth - this would irritate it every time. Ultimately, that is why I chose to stop using it. I would not buy this again, but I do love the Vanicream moisturizing cream for sensitive skin.

I didn’t like how it left my skin feeling and looking oily. I also ended up having dry skin after using it for a week. I have sensitive skin and I’m prone to break outs, this product gives me red bumps. I will not be purchasing again.

I have sensitive skin and use a 15% vitamin C serum. I have to use a sunscreen over it and Vanicream fits the bill! It moisturizes and has an SPF for protection. Not as greasy as others and doesn’t leave a white cast!

This sunscreen is amazing for those with dry skin! It is quite thick and a bit greasy looking at first, but that dries down and ends up providing nice hydration all day. I definitely would not recommend for those with oily skin and it might not work the best under makeup. Since it is a mineral sunscreen it does have a slight white cast, but I don’t find it as bad as others I have tried. If you’re cray pale like me, it’s hardly noticeable. Overall a great, hydrating sunscreen for me, but it certainly won’t work for everyone.

This works so well as a primer that I stopped using my holy grail sunscreen and made this my daily sunscreen for when I wear makeup. It makes my skin look glowy and beautiful and my foundation applies like a dream. I don’t use it on no makeup days because it’s very greasy and has a very slight white cast. But I would recommend if you’re applying under makeup.

It gets the job done but it’s way too greasy and it makes my nose dry.

I love it. It’s very moisturizing and gives a wonderful glow. You have to rub it in to make sure you don’t have a white cast but so worth it.

A clean effective and very gentle on extra-sensitive skin. I use their HA moisturizer as well.

I have sensitive, dry, acne-prone skin, and this works great for me. No stinging, no white cast, no pilling (if I wait a few minutes to apply makeup over it), and I don't need any additional moisturizer.

I was using this product for a week and noticed that my skin on my cheek was peeling off my face. this is a trash product and it's a waste of money

This stuff is heavy, and if I use the amount recommended, it leaves a white cast on my pale skin. It's a nice on top of the light gel type of moisturizer I like. I'd be a lot more excited about it if it had a thinner formulation, but as it is it works and hasn't irritated my skin.

I have dry skin and rosacea so I wanted to like this, but it stays feeling thick all day. It also made my skin so greasy I had to blot it off. It burns my eyes if I sweat. Terrible product.

I’ve tried to use this up but it’s just not good. Something in it irritates my skin. On top of that, it is VERY sticky. I do think it has proper sun protection, though.

Hard to find scent free products, thought I had a winner. 1st - it seems like half the tube is empty. 2nd the product is very thick and was difficult for me to apply. 3rd I was left with a sticky, shiny neck/face. I blotted with a damp cloth to make it better. I feeel like my tube had too much zinc oxide in it, great if I'm only doing my noise and cheeks. I am sure this is great for others, but is not for me (bummer). I wish I could just buy samples of products first.

This sunscreen moisturizer caused itchiness and red bumps on the skin. Both my mother and I had this experience, but hers was worse as she used it more frequently than I did. After a few hours, irritation would occur and sometimes small bumps would appear. One day, after not removing the sunscreen immediately after arriving home from work, she got large, red bumps, which were itchy as well. At some point, after washing off the sunscreen, we realized there were some open wounds on the affected area and so we treated the area as an open wound injury. After about a week, the bumps were still very red, but they started to flake and revealed raw skin. It has been nearly a month since the bumps appeared and her skin still isn't back to normal. This is a very horrible product which is a shame as it's advertised as being meant for sensitive skin, but other products that aren't advertised for sensitive skin and that don't usually have completely clean ingredients don't cause this reaction to our skin.

This is a great sunscreen moisturizer for dry skin. It doesn’t leave a white cast and works great under makeup. It’s my new holy grail facial sunscreen.

I was about to give up on zinc sunscreens after trying so many of them over the years that I'd lost count. I'm glad I tried one more. This product is perfect. Applies evenly, doesn't leave a white cast, doesn't settle into the lines around my eyes, doesn't irritate or sting my eyes, doesn't dry my skin, and doesn't feel pasty all day. It's mosturizing but not sticky. And it doesn't have wildcard ingredients, such as botanicals. Simpler ingredients means it needs fewer preservatives. I love this sunscreen!
