I’ve always had sensitive skin, especially my face. At 75, the problem is even more acute. I have a cupboard full of products that sounded great but didn’t live up to the hype. My constant and continual cleansers have been Cetafil products for years, although I also use Cerave as well. I don’t remember in what source I first saw the Acure line, but the cleansing cream is a winner. My face never feels dry and itchy, and while I do have wrinkles, Acure cleanser hasn’t increased them. I live in a fairly dry climate in Central California that also has a fair share of pollution in the air, even when we aren’t having a monster fire season. I have never worn much makeup other than lipstick, so I don’t know how it would work for those who use foundations, powder, etc. You use very little and it foams up easily. I haven’t tried any of the other products. I recommend this one without reservation.

This is my HG face wash! I tried it 2 years ago and will never use anything else. I have dry skin that is very sensitive and breaks out so easily. This face wash is so gentle and doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped or dry. Ever since I started using Acure, my face has cleared up and pretty much stayed clear. Please don't ever discontinue this!!

I've used acure for several years now and have watched them expand and rebrand, and I've loved this company and their products through it all. I had continuously struggled to find a skincare line that would work for my extremely sensitive and acne-prone skin, and I was relieved to find everything I needed in this cleanser. It's gentle and gets the job done at the same time, and it never leaves me dried out. I always follow up with the incredibly clear mattifying moisturizer, and this combo has worked for me for years now. I also really appreciate that Acure's products are made in the USA and that they are an environmentally conscious company. I'd much rather use natural ingredients to keep my skin healthy rather than artificially produced chemicals.

I was originally hoping for a lotion type cleanser that I could "tissue" off if I was feeling EXTRA sensitive. This is not a lotion type and it does foam up but it is fantastic. It has a very mild smell and NEVER leaves me feeling tight or dry. It also works well at removing my makeup without having to double cleanse. I use once per day at night.

i had high hopes for this product since the reviews were so high. not only that but its claims just seemed so promising. plus the fact that it was cruelty free only made me want to love it. except i didn’t. within three days of using this face wash i started breaking out in areas i usually don’t get acne in. the space around my eyes also became red and irritated. my skin around the brows would literally peel off. i looked like a red raccoon. also the packaging sucks the face wash would literally leak out sometimes.

I've tried many different face products, but hands down this is my all time favorite! I recommend this to all my friends. I feel like it gives my face a "soft light" effect (think Soap Operas, how they have no pores or wrinkles due to the lighting). My face feels smooth, clean, and I get so many compliments on my skin now that I use Acure products. I highly recommend you try this!
