    The robe in itself is soft, warm and cozy but the plastic zipper is a cheap nonfunctional piece of trash. The robe was Brand new I completely unzipped it then took days to get it to work. The problem is 1. Its cheap plastic 2. The bottom part of the zipper makes it difficult to attach the top part of the zipper. I have to make sure never to completely unzip the robe for fear I will never get it reattached again.

    I love this robe! I am petite so it grazes the ground sometimes but that just keeps me warmer. I love the oversize fit and the plushy soft material. I even love the higher collar as well as the large pockets. The one thing I don't love is the double zipper pull. I get that having two pulls means you can unzip the bottom and top a little but it's a pain to get the zipper seated in both pulls in order to zip up the robe. Still, I love this robe.

    This robe is wonderful! Soft and warm but not too warm. Two pockets (big enough to hold iPhone 13) and double zipper. My last robes material became brutal to my skin. This robe is like being wrapped in a cloud!

    I ordered the teal in a small/large. According to the sizing chart this was my size. Im 140 5'7". This size is too small. The robe is a slim fitting robe. It fits me with about 1 inch on both sides of my hips. My hips are 38 inches. I would recommend going up a larger size as it runs small. Its thick and heavy and very warm.

    Generous sizing, so you can wear other bulky items under it if need be. Highly recommending using a sharp pair of scissors to trim the “fluff” near the zipper - fixes the issue of it getting caught in the zipper every time!

    I love the plushness of this robe, however your 1X is more like a 3X on me. In order for me to keep it, I’d have to have the the hem shortened several inches as well as the sleeves. Adds to the cost, so l’ll send it back when I can. It came with no invoice & no return label, so I’ll be requesting one on Monday. Thanks.
