Q: I bought this costume a couple weeks ago. I just tried the try me button and it seems like a piece is missing. I don’t see an on/off button and the try me piece doesn’t seem to fit with the wire.

Fun costume but not so functional lighting
The costume itself is really neat. But like others, I had light issues. The yellow light on mine got really dim after the first wear and never returned to its full brightness. My solution? I cut into the light pockets from the back, stuck push-button puck lights in each one, then hot glued colored felt over the backs to reseal the pockets, haha. I wasn't going to let some LED string ruin my whole costume.

Only one light working after working for a short time
Worked for a few hours and then stopped. With a few days til trick-or-treating my in-laws are trying to see if they can get it to work again since there’s a wire that came free in the control box. In-laws were able to get more than just the red light to work but not all three lights will light up together…. Overall, it’s slapped together so wouldn’t recommend.
