I'm using this due to ridiculous debilitating elbow pain that has not gone away for 3 years. I have taken 4 months off of upper body exercises w/ very little use otherwise. Along w/ using Cologne w/ types I, II, III, V, X. for six months w/ no change. So after more research I read that this could help. I can only work my upper body once a week as prescribed by my Physical Therapist, with the use of this and CBD oil. I have not found any combination of anything that has worked well for my over used and deteriorated elbow.

This brand doesn't have Zinc Orotate!
It has Magnesium Orotate! In addition it also has toxic Other ingredients like magnesium stearate. Always check ingredients including "Other Ingredients". I buy most of my vitamins at Swanson. They usually offer the best service and prices. Unfortunately Swanson doesn't carry the best brand of Zinc Orotate which offers 51 mg of Zinc Orotate and no toxic other ingredients.

this works for me
I have tried other magnesium and magnesium orotate and this one works the best for me. It is spendy but I have learned my lesson on trying other brands. The tablets do have a chalky finish but I have gotten past that as a problem.

1.) Everyone is low in zinc 2.) It is necessary for 200 reactions in the body. 3.)Orotate and asperate are the most bioavailalbe forms. You can't beat the price. Buy a years worth while you are at it!

Best form of magnesium
Well maybe it's up in the air with the aspertate form. I think I will compare the prices between the 2 forms as this is a pricey supplement but needed because most are deficient in magnesium.
