This is the second DVD I received. The first one I returned because it was so scratched up that it hardly played at all. This second one I thought was good because it played for the five minutes I tried it. So I threw the bag that it came in away. When I later went to exercise while watching it, it only played for ten of the twenty minutes that is on there. I am very annoyed that I can’t seem to get a good DVD but I don’t feel like driving to the UPS store to return it.

The Cardio Challenge I needed

I tried the jumboard on studio machines, but the cardio rebounder is much more fun and effective, because it's a true low-impact exercise and you can jump more without hurting your joints. These two videos show how to use the cardio rebounder for two different kind of exercises, one more soft and the other more intese.

Best machine I’ve ever purchased.

It is a great way to work out at your own pace. I have lost 10 inches in three weeks, my clothes is fitting better.

I received this dvd for mothers day. I Love it. The new rebounding workouts are fast pace and fresh. I look forward to new dvds in the future.
