After Geography - A Hundred Mixed Emotions

Following two EPs and a critically acclaimed extended play (Libération, Rolling Stone, Plugged, OuiFM, etc.) and a subsequent French tour of over 50 dates, French power pop sensation After Geography are back with "A Hundred Mixed Emotions", a promising debut album due for release on 3rd October 2025. Dubbed "the future new Beatles" by Libération, After Geography live up to their reputation and further establish their own distinct style with this new 10 tracks album with varied colours and moods, ranging from powerful riffs reminiscent of early Guy Ritchie soundtracks to ballads with a Midwestern heart.Influenced by the early albums of Wings, Fleetwood Mac, and Oasis, the quartet, consisting of Julien Méret and Nicolas Baud on songwriting duties, Lalie Michalon (drums), and Arthur Blanc (guitar), are crafting their own brand of intense and vibrant "Power Pop". Much like their look, their musical style perfectly balances the modern and the retro, yet remains firmly rooted in it's time and full of freshness, bringing to life a powerful and electric pop sound with an air of elegance.With "A Hundred Mixed Emotions", After Geography are asserting themselves as one of the most promising bands on the French pop-rock scene.
