I moved from the heart of Cajun country up to Maine about 2 months ago and have been missing Cajun sausage ever since then. Just so happened to stumble upon Adele's Cajun sausage and a Hannaford and gave it a shot so glad that I did despite living in several Gulf States close to Louisiana I was never able to find anything close to what we have at home so I was incredibly surprised to find it in Maine good job keep up the good work it tastes like home yall.

Pretty tough texture that came out as rubbery when i cut it up and seared it in a pan for a minute, which i haven't gotten from other brands of andouille. i also saw some bits and pieces of pork that were questionable.

Love the product but for someone that counts calories I started noticing the big difference in the nutrition label it can be anywhere from 150-210 why can't it be consistent? Protein as well anywhere from 12g of protein to 19g

First had these at a cookout. Chicken sausage isn't my favorite, but these were pork, so I said throw them on the grill. They cooked up amazing, great on a bun, and sliced. Good texture, looking forward to trying these for breakfast in the skillet.

These have a great spicy Cajun flavor (emphasis on the spicy). We cooked them with grilled peppers and onions, served on toasted brioche buns for quick, easy, and delicious dinner. Only rated 4 stars because the casing is really tough to bite into & chew.

Some of the other reviews had me petrified after ordering this sausage. I added this sausage to my shrimp Alfredo & it turned out really good! Maybe others had a bad batch I’m not sure but mine was really good!

I bought a package of these for the first time because I thought they would be good with red beans and rice. The taste is good. A bit spicy, but not overwhelming. However, the three chunks of inedible gristle in just one sausage made me determined to never buy them again. Disgusting!
