Aleppo Pepper & Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce - 5.85 fl oz - Good & Gather™

This hot sauce really doesn't taste good and I should know since the lid popped off and drowned my expensive dinner! I don't know what's going on at Target but I've had alot of messed up-unsatisfactory orders recently!

My husband and I collect hot sauce and Crystals discontinued their garlic sauce some years back. I bought this not thinking it would be a good dupe, but boy was I wrong! Perfect balance of garlic, heat and tangy flavor! My husband approves! I will be buying this again!

This sauce is good on everything. The consistency of taco bell hot sauce. The heat is similar to Tabasco. I'm getting another bottle of this stuff.

the best hot sauce i've ever had, if you're a garlic lover this is for you. i never write reviews but this is so good it deserves one. i've been noticing a lot of targets around me are not restocking and i'm hoping they will soon and it's not being discontinued.

...just be careful opening it, because the packaging leaves much to be desired. This is a garlic pepper sauce that might make you wonder if you're just getting a milder version of Sriracha. However, there is a bit more involved than that, since Sriracha uses piquant jalapeno peppers, while this sauce uses a sweeter bell pepper combined with a mild kick from the aleppo peppers. Though sweeter than Sriracha, there is not as much of a sugary flavor in the taste of this Aleppo sauce as there is in the Thai garlic sauce from Good & Gather. There's also cardamom to enhance the distinctively Mediterranean flavor profile of the Aleppo sauce. If you ever thought your leftover Italian or Greek takeout could benefit from a jot of hot sauce, this is just the thing for it. Just be careful opening it. This is not the kind of bottle you want to shake before jotting. It will make a mess. Target's house brands have always had issues with the packaging, and this is a good example of that.

Great tasting sauce, I have bought it about 4 times. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because this last time I opened a brand new bottle it fizzed up and about half of it spilled. Possibly fermented?

This has "flavor" and is spicy if black pepper is too spicy for you. Has an odd taste. Smoky? Metallic? Not sure what the hype is.

I love hot sauces and this is one of the best I've ever had. Not very spicy but very flavorful.
