Loving my Good Night's Sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take one of these little squares about a half an hour before I’m going to go to bed and I find that they work wonders. Within minutes, I start to feel drowsy. This is my night ritual and it is definitely helped me to fall asleep easier. They take a few weeks to probably work so be patient and I think he will enjoy them as much as I do.

I love chocolate. I use functional mushroom powder, and believe in the health benefits of mushrooms.
